Destination Cleveland’s 2021 Annual Meeting will take place outdoors* tomorrow, Tuesday, Aug. 10, at 5 p.m. the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. We encourage guests to plan accordingly and allow 15-20 minutes to make their way from parking to registration and to the event space.
Following the presentation, please join the Destination Cleveland team, community stakeholders and guests for a reception. As a reminder, admission to the meeting grants access to the Asian Lantern Festival for the remainder of the evening. The Zoo’s Circle of Wildlife Carousel is free and available to guests; the Eagle Zip Adventure is available at a discounted rate.
The presentation will take place in the Savanna Theater, an outdoor amphitheater. Masks are optional for vaccinated individuals. We encourage those not fully vaccinated to wear a mask for the safety of others; masks are available upon request for all.

David Gilbert took over the top spot at Destination Cleveland, the region’s convention and visitors bureau, in 2011. He simultaneously serves as president and CEO of the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, which pursues amateur athletic events.
From April 2015 through December 2016, Gilbert also served as the president and CEO of the Cleveland 2016 Host Committee for the Republican National Convention.
