Most schools throw carnivals, bake sales or maybe a concert or two. After hearing this, the young women of Laurel School in Shaker Heights said “hold my age-appropriate beverage” and put on Northeast Ohio’s biggest music festival. Still growing in its fourth year, Laurelive is two days of amazing local and national musical acts, artisanal experiences, first-class eats that aren’t your usual concert fare, kids’ activities and educational events for the whole family, June 8 – 9, 11:00 a.m. to 11 p.m.
This year’s festival is headlined by Sheryl Crow and Hozier, and features popular acts like Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, AJR, Rodrigo Y Gabriela, Coin and more. Two-day passes and single-day tickets are available right now, along with VIP experiences. Check out these nearby hotels for crashing after a day of the best school-sponsored activity you’ve ever attended.
