Stress Relief: Rage Room, Sauna & Cold Plunge

Release and reset, in a tailor-made wellness experience that old Cleveland can bring you. Start in the rage room, were you'll play with the art of deconstruction, smashing things with all your might while your friends cheer you on. Then turn your broken pieces into a souvenir in the crafting lounge. Then relax and recover your muscles in a Finnish-style sauna with a cold plunge. The work out, art time, and contrast heat therapy guarantee you'll sleep like a baby. It's a novel way to restart and get the most rest on your weekend.


WHAT TO EXPECT:
Your tickets time tells you when to arrive for the wreck room, and then you can stay and access the sauna and cold plunge and lounge area until the event ends.

Park on Hamilton and find the entrance under the large Ingenuity sign. Someone will be there to greet you and guide you to the rage room inside the Hamilton Ingenuity building.

Wear something you can sweat in, this could be a bathing suit or athletic wear. You may want a change of clothes for the drive home. A changing room is provided.

Bring a water bottle and a towel. We have towels, tap water, and bootled water for purchase.
Closed toed shoes are required for the breakroom. Protective wear and eye covers provided.
