Downtown Cleveland

Parking Facilities (Garages/Surface Lots)

Nearby parking lots and garages are conveniently marked on this map of Downtown Cleveland. Be sure to check your favorite parking app for the most up-to-date parking prices, or check out ParkMobile and Best Parking.

Cleveland Municipal Lot (1500 S Marginal Rd, Cleveland, Ohio 44114)

The Cleveland Municipal lot will open beginning at 5:00am. Each parker will be charged $50.00 per space. The lot will have port-johns and trash receptacles available for the convenience of parkers. 

Willard Garage and Surface Lot (601 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44114)

The Willard garage and surface lot will be open at 5:00am. The parking rate is $60.00. Overnight parking is prohibited. There will be no tailgating allowed in the garage or on the surface lot. Customers with monthly parking cards will be allowed to enter and exit the garage using their monthly parking card. 

The Canal Parking Lot (1519 Merwin Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44113)

The Canal Parking lot will be open and available for parking at the special event rate of $50.00 per space at 12:01 am April 8th. Parkers will be required to pay at one of the two pay stations conveniently located on the lot. Tailgating activities are permitted on this lot. The lot will have port-johns and trash receptacles available for the convenience of parkers. 

Parking Meters

Metered parking is available throughout Downtown. Please follow all posted parking directives and plan accordingly.

ADA Parking

All public lots above have ADA spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Tips

Plan out your trip Downtown beforehand to make the most of your time.

  • Allow for extra travel time to reach and depart Downtown venues.
  • Parking lots and garages are likely to fill up quickly.
  • Be aware of increased pedestrian traffic in the Downtown area.
  • Motorists are encouraged to follow all posted signage.

Put Your Junk in Your Trunk

Valuable items should not be left in the interior of a vehicle where others can see them. Place valuable items in the trunk prior to arriving at your destination or upon parking your car.

Consider Public Transportation

Rideshare

Lyft, Uber and other rideshare services are all available in the Cleveland area.

University Circle

Driving and Parking in University Circle

On-street parking is available throughout the area, though it can be limited during peak hours. Additionally, several parking garages and lots provide convenient and secure options for those looking for long-term or short-term parking solutions. Many institutions and attractions offer their own parking facilities, while public transit and shuttle services make it easy for you to park once and then explore University Circle's numerous cultural, educational, and medical destinations with ease.

Taking CircleLink

The BlueLink connects Wade Oval, Uptown, Little Italy, Coventry and provides access to the Little Italy - University Circle Rapid Station. BlueLink shuttles arrive every 30 minutes 6:30am - 6:00pm (Mon-Fri) and 12:00pm - 6:00pm weekends. 

The GreenLink connects the Cedar-University Circle Rapid Station to the University Hospitals and CWRU campuses. GreenLink service runs on a continuous loop between CWRU North and South campuses, with arrivals approximately every 30 minutes during operating hours and 20-minute peak service (Mon-Fri) between 6:30am - 10:00am and 4:00pm - 6:30pm.
