Mobile Cleveland Script Sign Request
The Convention and Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland, Inc., dba “Destination Cleveland”, has a mission to drive economic impact and stimulate community vitality for Cleveland through memorable leisure, convention, and business travel experience. While our primary goal is to attract people to Cleveland, we are also strategically focused on engaging our residents as our most valuable ambassadors. The Mobile Cleveland™ Script sign provides a convenient, mobile, tangible representation of our brand for activations at meetings, events and fundraisers. We want to continue inspiring residents to capture and share images of Cleveland to attract people to Cleveland and change perceptions of Cleveland.
We invite residents to rent the Mobile Cleveland™ Script sign for events through our partners at Hughie’s. The Mobile Cleveland™ Script Sign has a custom base stand with the Cleveland script suspended in the circle or the ability to hand hold. The sign is constructed of black tubing and ½ inch medium density overlay sign board and unassembled will fit in most SUVs or mini-vans. The script Cleveland has a bar back and is constructed as a single unit, 7’ feet long and weighing approximately 35 lbs. The tube circle is 7 feet in diameter and breaks down like a camping tent into 8 separate pieces, each weighing approximately 8-10lbs. Instructions for set-up will be provided at the time of pick-up.
In order to rent the sign, interested residents must be willing to pay a $250 rental fee and agree to General Terms and Conditions. Due to the volume of requests we receive, sign rental requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks from your event date. The $250 rental fee is for a 3-business day rental. For example, if your event is on a weekend, the sign must be picked-up on Friday before 4pm and returned the following Monday. We will not accept requests further than 12 months out.
