Meeting and Event Space With 6,500 square feet of meeting and event space, The Hotel at Oberlin will offer a flexible floor plan to accommodate groups from 2-425 people.
A primary conference and event room features 3,800 square feet of state-of-the-art space with large windows and high ceilings creating the ideal venue for both meetings and social engagements. The room is divisible into five separate sections for break-out space or intimate gatherings.
The event room is supported by 1,300 square feet of pre-function and terrace space overlooking Tappan Square. A second 850 square foot meeting room is ideal for executive retreats and small business meetings.
Green Initiatives Built to incorporate renewable energy systems and other innovative technologies. The Hotel at Oberlin is designed to meet the US Green Building Council’s LEED Platinum Rating, making it one of the most environmentally sustainable hotel projects in the US.
The property anchors the Peter B. Lewis Gateway Center, the cornerstone of Oberlin’s Green Arts District, an ongoing development conceived by the City and College to transform Oberlin into a model for environmentally aware economic development based on education and the arts.
