A five-day community event that combines living history performances, music, education and audience participation into a one-of-a-kind cultural event the entire community will enjoy. This year featuring Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley, English novelist, short story writer, dramatist, essayist, biographer, and travel writer, best known for her Gothic novel Frankenstein; Chief Cornstalk prominent leader of the Shawnee nation just prior to the American Revolution; Marie Skłodowska Curie was a Polish and naturalized-French physicist and chemist who conducted pioneering research on radioactivity; Theodore Roosevelt was an American statesman, author, explorer, soldier, naturalist, and reformer who served as the 26th President of the United States; Dian Fossey, American zoologist, primatologist, and anthropologist who undertook an extensive study of mountain gorilla groups in Rwanda.
