Bon Apetit, 2015 Downtown Cleveland Restaurant Week

By: Lexi Hotchkiss

Do you really need a good reason to experience Cleveland's award-winning downtown restaurants? The reason of "hunger for great food" isn't enough?

Well, fine. Enter: Downtown Cleveland Restaurant Week.

During this divinely delicious week, more than 35 participating downtown Cleveland restaurants will offer $30 three-course prix-fixe dinner menus for one or two diners Feb. 20 - March 1.

"Restaurant Week lets residents and visitors experience downtown Cleveland's dining destination in a unique way, without breaking the budget," Meghan Tinker, spokeswoman for Downtown Cleveland Alliance, said.

That means, you can chow-down at places like The Chocolate Bar on East Fourth Street, Adega inside the new 9 Complex, the soon-to-open Barrio inside the Fifth Street Arcade and Bin 216 in PlayhouseSquare - for just $30.

And, considering the frosty temps here in CLE during February, you'll be happy to know that our restaurants are cooking with your coziness in mind.

"Our theme, Cleveland Comfort Food, encourages chefs to create dishes that remind them of home, no matter where that might be," Tinker said.

Sounds pretty sweet, huh? It gets better.

Downtown Cleveland Alliance is working with several downtown parking locations to secure discounted parking with a Cleveland Restaurant Week voucher (stay tuned for details).

And, for the more than 100,000 folks who work in downtown Cleveland, you'll be happy to know that several select restaurants will offer $15 lunch options during the week, too.

Watch for Downtown Cleveland Restaurant Week updates by following the Downtown Cleveland Alliance on Facebook or Twitter, or by visiting them at DowntownCleveland.com/RestaurantWeek.

So, tell us, what are the best restaurants to hit up in downtown Cleveland?
