Here we go Brownies here we go! Woof! Woof!
Jason Q. Freed
The heart of a team is in its fans. To find the abnormally-large heart of the Cleveland Browns, travel to the easternmost portion of FirstEnergy Stadium, climb a few rows of bleachers past a throng of grown men and women dressed in brown and orange and barking like rabid canines, and seat yourself between super fans like Big Dawg and The Bone Lady. This is the notorious Dawg Pound, considered the best seats in the house by the most devoted Browns fans. It's made up of the most loyal Clevelanders, often ridiculously dressed in costume and face paint, cheering our boys in brown and orange. This passion extends worldwide as the Browns ravenous fan base has formed into more than 350 Browns Backers clubs in 14 countries making it one of the largest organized fan clubs in all of professional sports. Get your bark on at the following home rivalry games this season: Nov. 30 vs. Baltimore, Dec. 6 vs. Cincinnati, and Jan. 3 vs. Pittsburgh.
