America’s best burger? Midwest’s B Spot put to the taste test

The scene: Michael Symon is hardly the first award-winning celebrity chef to make the move from fine dining to casual burger joints, but he might just be the best. Gordon Ramsay (Las Vegas) and Bobby Flay (nationwide) have similar concepts this column has visited before, but the big difference is that Symon has solidly stuck to his Midwestern roots and hometown feel, and you’d never guess by visiting one of his B Spot eateries that there were others.
