The Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival takes over the city of Canton, which is located 60 miles south of Downtown Cleveland (just follow I-77 South and you're there). Not only is Canton the home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, it's also where the American Professional Football Association, later renamed the National Football League, was founded in 1920.
More than 700,000 people from all over the United States converge onto Canton, including legendary Hall of Famers, celebrity athletes, team owners and a host of fans - from fanatical to fair weather.
Included in the mix are also the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2016 Enshrinees: Edward Debartolo Jr., Tony Dungy, Brett Favre, Kevin Greene, Marvin Harrison, Orlando Pace, Ken Stabler, and Dick Stanfel.

ENSHRINEES GOLD JACKET DINNER: AUG. 4 at 5:00 p.m.
The three physical icons that represent an individual's induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame include: (1) the bust, (2) the gold jacket and (3) the ring. Join the 2016 Class during the Enshrinees Gold Jacket Dinner at Memorial Civic Center and Cultural Center where you can witness the crew getting their jackets while being honored by several returning Hall of Famers, NFL team owners and a myriad of sports celebrities.
HALL OF FAMER PHOTO OP: AUG. 5 at 9:30 a.m.

Concert for Legends: AUG. 5 at 8:00 p.m.

CLASS OF 2016 ENSHRINEMENT CEREMONY: AUG. 6 at 7:00 p.m.
If you're looking for that once-in-a-lifetime kind of experience, the Enshrinement Ceremony at Tom Benson Stadium is the emotional centerpiece to the multi-day festival. Nowhere else can fans see so many of football's best former players in one place at the same time.
ENSHRINEMENT GAMEDAY ROUNDTABLE: AUG. 7 at 12:30 p.m.
Unscripted and up-close-and-personal. That's how the Gameday Roundtable - a center stage roundtable with the 2016 Class of Enshrinees - is described. Enjoy lunch while listening to the Hall of Famers share stories and highlights from their careers at the Memorial Civic Center and Cultural Center.
NFL HALL OF FAME GAME - AUG. 7 at 8:00 p.m.
Obviously, you can't call it a football festival without an actual football game. During the Hall of Fame Game, the 2016 NFL preseason commences. The Green Bay Packers take on the Indianapolis Colts inside Tom Benson Stadium right next door to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
AUTOGRAPH SESSIONS, VIP EXPERIENCES and PARTIES: AUG. 6 -7
Throughout the Enshrinement Festival Weekend, there are ample opportunities to rub elbows with many of the Hall of Famers, as well as the 2016 Class of Enshrinees. Check out these autograph sessions, VIP experiences and fan parties.
HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
BALLOON CLASSIC: JULY 29-31 at 4:00 p.m.
It's a bird! It's a plane! It's...a pig? The kick-off to the Enshrinement Festival includes the free Balloon Classic in which more than 60 hot air balloonists from around the nation participate in hopes of winning prize money. But these aren't all your run-of-the-mill hot air balloons. Fan favorites include the Angry Bird, El-Fonz, Gordo, Peg Leg Pete Pirate Parrot and The Pig. Be sure to stay for the fireworks on Saturday evening!
FAN APPRECIATION TAILGATE PARTY: AUG. 7 at 5:00 p.m.
Get the party started before the big game by tailgating in style on Hall of Fame grounds with an all-inclusive package featuring traditional tailgate food and beverages. Returning Hall of Famers will be on hand for meet and greet opportunities. Enjoy jock jams and grab a NFL/Hall of Fame Game souvenir.
FIRST BALL: AUG. 4 at 10:00 a.m.
A three-mile-long group of more than 1,500 kids passing a football to each other through Downtown Canton? Yep, it's as cool as it sounds.
THE CANTON REPOSITORY GRAND PARADE: AUG. 6 at 8:00 a.m.
There are parades. And then there's the Canton Repository Grand Parade. The massive 2.2-mile parade features giant helium balloons (think: Macy's Thanksgiving Day size), professionally designed floats, hundreds of marching band members, the Class of 2016 Enshrinees and more than 60 returning Hall of Famers.
